Currently we are working on a sweet spread, for a new player in the retail market. The major challenge is to produce an innovative product using a relatively simple process. An important part of this project is to maintain taste and structure during the shelf life of this product. Using accelerated shelf-life research developed specially for this type of product we can tackle problems with taste and structure in advance. This enables a quick and swift product launch on the market.
