We are currently working on the validation of preservative-free, pasteurised soups, among other things. We guarantee food safety aspects, and we validate microbiological and sensory properties using accelerated and real-time shelf-life research. With chilled products too we are able to accelerate shelf-life research in such a way that we can quickly make a reliable estimation of the expected shelf life.
